Highly recommend Torus surveyors. We were booked in quickly and received the report within less than a week of the survey being completed. I had an excellent experience with this surveyor company and would highly recommend their services. Due to my personal circumstances, I needed my property valuation report returned much sooner than the usual timeframe. From the moment I contacted the office, Helena was incredibly helpful, understanding, warm, polite, and proactive in doing everything she could to help speed up the process. What stood out most was her patience and willingness to listen. Despite my request being outside the normal timeframe, she never made me feel like I was being a nuisance or that she was trying to brush me off. Instead, she took the time to understand my situation and genuinely tried her best to help. Her communication was excellent throughout, and I truly appreciated the effort she made to accommodate my request. I would also like to thank Carl, the surveyor, for his professionalism, efficiency, and prompt turnaround of the valuation report. The report was completed much quicker than I expected, without compromising on quality or professionalism. The level of customer service I received from both Helena and Carl was outstanding. They went above and beyond to help me during a stressful time, and I am extremely grateful for their support and dedication. Thank you again for such a professional and efficient service. Had a fantastic experience from day 1 with Torus Surveyors. Vicky was excellent at keeping us informed on next steps and ensuring we had everything we needed. They were able to get us booked in quickly so there was no delays to our house buying process. Andy rang us immediately after doing the survey to walk us through an overview of the findings and sent the full report out a few days later. Probably the easiest part of our house buying process - no hassle, they did all of the work in organising and scheduling the survey really well (even with some roadblocks from the estate agent 😅) and the survey is detailed. I have used Torus for RICS Level 2 surveys on three properties, and their service has been consistently excellent—from the friendly initial booking process and post-survey follow‑up advice, as well as the comprehensive reports they promptly provide. They offer good value for money, and they offered repeat‑customer discounts after previous property purchases fell through and I required additional surveys. I highly recommend them.
